You don’t always need to see a GP

Staff will assist you by offering appointments with other clinicians that may be able to deal with your type of query or signpost you to another quicker service. You can also self-refer to a growing number of services. For more information click on the Self-Referral Page!

Or Think Pharmacy First, where you can get healthcare advice and prescription without needing a GP appointment.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours & Emergency Services

During out-of-hours, you can access our Extended Access from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. every evening and throughout the day on weekends. Fill in the online form or call 020 72723155, where our caring navigators will gather the necessary medical information and we will offer you the proper care at the right time.
