Free SIM Card and Devices Available

Do you have no or limited access to the internet at home or on the go?

We are working with the Good things Foundation as part of the National Databank and Notional Device Bank to provide free SIM cards, data and/or digital devices to patients affected by digital exclusion.

Who is eligible?

You may qualify if you:

• Are 18 or over
• Live in a low-income household
• Have no or insufficient internet access at home or when out
• Struggle to afford a phone contract or top up

We have a limited number of SIM cards and devices available – ask at reception for a form to apply or use the digital form
